Clinical Embryologist

Park Street People is partnering with an innovative and patient focused fertility business looking to establish their first clinic in the UK and disrupt the established fertility sector.

Led by a Board of international fertility experts and with key talent secured within embryology, the business is recruiting for a Clinical Embryologist to join their team in London. Occasional weekend work will be required.

With an emphasis on patient care and a focus on bringing affordable fertility treatment to a broad customer basis in the UK, you will be responsible for performing all assisted reproductive processes in the embryology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse cryopreserved and fresh samples and assessing its suitability for treatments
• Prepare samples for in vitro fertilisation
• Liaise with patients throughout their treatment
• Ensure all laboratory procedures are compliant with HFEA Code of Practice

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in Life Sciences/Reproductive Medicine
• Vast experience as a clinical embryologist
• Egg collection and embryo transfer experience essential
• You will, preferably, be registered with HCPC as a Clinical Scientist
• Strong cryopreservation for fertility skills
• Strong attention to detail and great problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
