Outcomes Research Scientist

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Outcomes Research Scientist to join their team in Uxbridge on a part time, 14 hours per week, 6-month temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epidemiologist to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company to coordinate observational data activities for specific therapy areas across the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-world research (RWR) inputs into UK & Ireland brand plans
• Oversee non-interventional research (NIR) projects in line with study options and brand needs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the development of NIR projects
• Research trends in UK & Ireland data sources and methodologies to drive innovative RWR opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Epidemiology or in a similar field
• Background in Epidemiology research within the pharmaceutical field
• Strong understanding of NIR research
• Previous experience working with statistical software particularly SAS and real-world research data assets (RWR)
• Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail
