eCommerce Service Executive




A market leader in their industry is seeking an eCommerce Service Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers via phone and email, resolving any queries and taking appropriate action if required
  • Developing good relationships with customers
  • Proactively work with other departments to resolve any problems or issues
  • Recording all customer interactions in the CRM system

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in ideally the golf industry. In addition, you will possess excellent telephone manner and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
