Our client, an established company who are constantly working to improve and innovate within their sector, is currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team near Slough.
- Providing high level of customer service through email and telephone, updating customers with the status of their orders
- Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure and queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Manage tracking requests through phone and email and ensure all information is recorded appropriately
- Identify new business opportunities and pass contact leads to the Sales team
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on a regular basis
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Pc literate with a strong eye for detail
- Polite telephone and email manner
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
