Our client, an international service provider is currently looking for a Health & Safety Administrative Assistant to join their team in Billingham on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Health & Safety Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administration and support to the team.

In addition, you will be:

  • Ensuring Health & Safety audits and inspection reports are filed accurately in the system
  • Logging accident/incidents and updating spreadsheet in a timely manner
  • Booking Health & Safety online training programs and courses
  • Managing Health & Safety certifications

The successful candidate will have previous Health & Safety administration experience and be a strong communicator. In addition, you will have Google Suite (advantageous) and MS Office experience and possess great attention to detail skills.
