Automation/Continuous Improvement Change Practitioner

This is the EMEA shared service centre for an international, award-winning FMCG business, based in Frimley, who are looking for a Lean Six Sigma – Automation/Continuous Improvement Change Practitioner, to join on a permanent, full time basis.

You will be responsible for automation projects, change management and process improvements across the department, working closely with the finance and supply chain teams within a shared service centre (SSC) environment.

We are looking for a driven individual who can influence process improvement principles and tools to identify and deliver efficient change within the business.

Therefore, you should possess a strong understanding and qualification in Lean Six Sigma methodology with experience in a commercial or FMCG environment. You’ll be a team player, who thrives on communicating and interacting with others at all business levels.

Other scripting skills in VBA/Visual Basic, SQL, Power BI or other analytics tools + strong Excel are all highly advantageous.

The company are based in Frimley, Surrey with the expectation of 3.5 days/week in the office (the rest from home), so you should live within a commutable distance. There is a company shuttle bus from the following train stations:

  • Frimley (on the trainline from Ascot & Twickenham/Richmond);
  • Farnborough North (on the trainline from Reading or Guildford);
  • Farnborough (on the trainline from Clapham Junction/London Waterloo).
