£10.39 per hour + Holiday Pay


This is an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join an organisation in Hemel Hempstead. This is a temporary position for initially 3 months.

You will be working across the coordination of the response for customer complaints and feedback. A confident communicator you will enjoy engaging with customers and internal teams to ensure a timely response and provide the highest standards of customer care and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer care and administrative support relating to customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Escalate any queries or complaints accordingly
  • Ensure accurate records relating to performance data and trend analysis are kept at all times
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks when required

We are looking for someone with previous complaints handling experience as well as customer service skills in ideally the Public Sector industry.

In addition, you will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and as well as strong communication and time management skills.
