Italian Supply/Order Management- Patient Access Coordinator - UK

£21,000 to £27,000


We are currently looking for a native Italian speaking Supply Chain/Order Management professional (or graduates of a Scientific/(Bio)Medical field) who is keen to utilise their scientific & medical expertise in an office-based, commercial environment, joining a unique pharmaceutical organisation.

You will be joining an incredible team of multilingual Patient Liaisons guiding Health Care Professionals to determine patients' eligibility to join programs for newly approved drugs.

This role can either be (partially) office based near Derby, Oxford or Letchworth OR on a fully remote basis, for the right candidate.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact between Health Care Professionals and patients
  • Support Physicians throughout the process and ensure all questions are answered in a timely manner
  • Identify continuous improvement operational processes and deliver against team’s KPIs when possible
  • Ensure country-specific quality & regulatory measures are in place

The successful candidate will speak native level Italian and ideally be educated in a Healthcare/Science/Medical related subject, or have worked in the pharma industry. As this is a highly customer facing role, previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. In addition, you will have excellent communication and MS Office skills.
