Customer Support Specialist




Our client, an international service provider is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Oxfordshire on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be fully office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role).

You’ll play a key role in liaising with all customers contacting the business whilst providing a high level of customer service to the customers (you must be comfortable communicating via phone) and answer any queries that may arise.

In addition, you will be:

  • Handling customer queries through phone, email and letter, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Processing orders and ensuring confirmations have been issued to customers
  • Overseeing quotation requests daily, ensuring information provided is accurate

The successful candidate will have previous commercial administration/customer service experience and be a strong communicator, with excellent telephone manner and is confident managing multiple tasks at the same time. In addition, you will have MS Office experience and possess great attention to detail skills.
