HR Advisor

Slough

£30,000 to £35,000

Our client, an established company who are constantly working to improve and innovate within the distribution sector, is currently looking for an HR Advisor to join their team in Slough on a permanent, full time basis. Please note that this role is fully office based.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting managers across the business on various HR policies and processes.

Key focus areas will include:

  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters such as performance management, probation and disciplinaries
  • Improving and implementing new HR policies and projects (salary bands/budgets and departmental changes)
  • Offering recruitment assistance including conducting interviews as needed
  • Coordinating audit procedures as required

The ideal candidate will have demonstratable HR experience in a commercial background. A CIPD qualification is desirable, not essential. In addition, you will possess stakeholder engagement skills as well as being a meticulous individual with strong leadership skills.
