Professional Education & Events Manager

A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels, is recruiting for a Professional Education & Events Manager to join a busy team in their Slough office on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be fully office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role).

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for the planning and management of events and professional education sessions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the planning of exhibitions and training sessions across the country
  • Managing a small team of Marketing Assistants and ensure planning and deliverables for the professional education sessions are done in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers for the organisation of the events and congresses
  • Inventory and budget controlling in accordance with Business Managers requirements

Requirements

  • Strong background in Professional Education marketing and events particularly in the medical devices or wider healthcare industry
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
