Customer Service – Scheduling Appointments

High Wycombe


Our client, an international service provider is currently looking for a Scheduler to join their team in High Wycombe on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) position.

As a Scheduler, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, collating information to pass on to the most suitable engineer, always proving excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and take immediate action to allocate a suitable engineer to attend the site
  • Scheduling contract visits
  • Entering necessary information into the Service Management System
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to better understand specific requirements and to deliver a timely and appropriate response


  • Previous experience in a customer service/administration role
  • Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong IR skills particularly with MS Office
  • Confident communicator
