HR Project Coordinator

Our client, an established company who are constantly working to improve and innovate within the distribution sector, is currently looking for a HR Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The successful HR Project Coordinator will be responsible for a range of activities including:

  • Leading and creating projects for online platforms to support the department
  • Being the first point of contact for all queries relating to HR projects
  • Drafting new policies, HR procedures and internal communications
  • Overseeing audits for the business and handling reports
  • Analysing data sets and reporting on key trends

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and ideally be working towards a CIPD qualification. In addition, you will possess great understanding of HR practices and employment law as well as be a highly organised and detailed oriented individual, who will thrive in a project focused role.
