Contact Centre Agent – Offline Support



A well established travel company are currently looking for a Call Centre Agent – Offline Support to join their team in Uxbridge. Due to the nature of the business, weekend shifts will be required so you must be flexible and reliable particularly around busy periods.

The successful candidate will excellent written communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers in an engaging and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing all customer and travel agents’ enquiries through email in line with company procedures
  • Offering and upselling products to clients to generate revenue
  • Supporting customers with bookings, purchase of additional services and other special requests
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner


  • Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English language skills (both written and spoken) is essential
  • Additional fluency in a European language is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
