Contact Centre Representative - Night Shifts

A well established company within their field are currently looking for a Contact Centre Representative to join their team in Windsor on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hybrid role and you will need to go in the office twice a month.

Due to the nature of the business, weekend shifts will be required so you must be flexible and reliable. The hours of this role are between 9pm and 6am, on a 4 nights working, 4 nights off basis. For the higher salary of £23,000, you would be required to work 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and you will enjoy dealing with customers on the phone an engaging and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls with an impeccable telephone manner and within agreed time limits
  • Processing all customer emails in line with company procedures
  • Overseeing administrative tasks when required including collecting and recording customer data
  • Liaising with other team members to ensure an efficient service is provided to all customers
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, taking detailed messages and forwarding them in a timely manner


  • Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English language skills (both written and spoken) is essential
  • Additional fluency in a European language is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
