Graduate Recruitment Researcher

An emerging recruitment business based in Reading is currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Researcher to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. Full training provided. Salary of £20,000 basic + up to £10,000 OTE.

Working as a part of a small friendly team, you will be providing administrative support to the business whilst receiving training and exposure to recruitment elements hopefully to then progress into an account management position.

The successful Graduate Recruitment Researcher will be responsible for a range of activities including:

• Providing administrative and operational support to the business such as processing data and managing suppliers
• Assisting with research regarding recruitment searches and business development activities as well as producing reports (no cold calling)
• Organising interviews and meetings both internally and externally
• Ensuring all data is processed correctly and provide feedback on management systems

This role is likely to suit a recent graduate with an interest in recruitment and technology. The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and organisational skills. In addition, you will have great attention detail and be a team player.
